There might be some people whom think that what you have inside your brain is more important than what you have on your head. In example if you wear a hijab or not. To the people whom agree with this, I have to say, doesn`t really get what hijab really is. Hijab is not only about having a headscarf. The Quran says:
“And say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; that they should not display their beauty and ornaments, except what must ordinarily appear thereof; that they should draw their veils over their bosoms, and not display their beauty except to their husbands, their fathers, their sons, their husbands sons, their brothers or their brothers sons”. (Quran 24:31).
If one reads this ayat again and again its not only about a silly headscarf but it`s about how a woman carries herself, and the fact that she doesn`t let her body show through her garments. It doesn`t matter if she has a lot of knowledge if she can`t “lower her gaze or hide her modesty”.
So one can`t say that the phrase over is correct, after my opinion.
