Meal-prep and how it is beneficial for ramadan

Most people are very into food. Thats what life is about right? To be able to afford a good meal and a safe home. I remember back over a decade ago when I was living with my family, 3 generations In one house. Making suhur or iftar was different. Though it was filled with baraqa. I remember I got the opportunity to make paratha for suhur. My mum and an aunt even bought me a thin pan to make good parathas. We were a big family so Ma sha Allah I made about 8-12 parathas early In the morning.

Coaching and meal-prep

I usually follow a lot of different coaches on social media. They often speak about meal-prep. And how it makes making and eating meals easier. People make 2-3 dinners In one day, and eat it for 5-7 days. So i tried it out for 2-4 weeks and I have great news to share with you guys and gals about this.

1 hour before maghribh

Meal-prep has made my life so easier Ma sha Allah. Now I dont have to stress In my daily routine to cook dinner. I make dinner 1-2 days In the week instead. It made my life better. I havent tried this In ramadan. Though I would really recommend for you mums to try out meal-prep at least for iftar. And the reason is quite simple. The hour before magribh In the days of ramadan is almost sacred for duas and supplications. Instead, many women spend this time cooking meals, frying samosa and iftar food. Think if you instead had the meal ready for 3-4 days and just warm the food and iftar is ready. You will experience more baraqa and time for prayer, dua and other good deeds.

Free-time and baraqa

I must emphasize that when i started off with this, I was a bit skeptical. Although Im not very selective about my food. If its halal and glutenfree i eat it. Though to eat the same dinner 2-4 days In a row is not something all people like. Though I dont have a problem with that. The free time it gives me increases my baraqa and I dont have to stress my way to get things done. This is the reason I want to share this with you because it can be beneficial for your meals In ramadan.
